Witbot Terms of Use
Private beta · Last updated June 9, 2026 · A formal legal review of these terms is part of our beta release process; we will notify account holders when they change.
What Witbot is
Witbot is a parent-controlled AI sandbox for children ages 6-12. Parents own every account. Children do not sign up, do not have their own accounts, and use Witbot only through sessions their parent starts, sets up, or approves.
Your responsibilities
- You must be the parent or legal guardian of any child profile you create.
- Keep your parent account credentials private; sessions you start for your child are your responsibility to supervise as you judge appropriate.
- Use Witbot only for the family purposes it is designed for.
Our responsibilities
- Safety rules are enforced on our servers for every child message - they cannot be turned off by any setting.
- Witbot is not a medical, psychological, or educational professional and is not a substitute for one. It is not a companion, a secret friend, or a therapist.
- During the private beta, features may change and availability is not guaranteed.
Your data
Data practices are described in our Privacy Notice. You can export or delete your child's data from your dashboard at any time, and leaving Witbot is always available to you.
